By the time the numbers are challenged, the project has lost credibility.

Largely, yes. The benchmarks, scorecard, RFP checklist and ROI model are written to be used with any OEE vendor. Two of the ten pages describe TeepTrak. The scorecard criteria are not weighted to favour us — several of them are areas where competitors score well.

Do I need existing sensors or a MES to use it?

No. The kit is written for plants starting from manual data collection or from Excel. The pilot plan assumes no prior instrumentation and explains what you need to install to get a first reliable OEE baseline.

Is the kit available in other languages?
