Show Floor: What to See and Where
Core Floor — Precision Production Technologies
The majority of MMTS is dedicated to CNC machining, tooling, EDM, welding and metalworking systems — the backbone of Quebec’s aerospace, automotive and precision manufacturing supply chains. This is where equipment is evaluated live and supplier decisions move forward. Expect hands-on demonstrations of the latest machining centres, toolholding systems, EDM machines and fabrication equipment.
Innovation Park — Five Technology Pavilions
The Innovation Park is the high-growth technology zone of MMTS 2026, with five focused pavilions aligned with Quebec’s strategic manufacturing sectors:
- RAPID + TCT Showcase — Industrial additive manufacturing, 3D printing, advanced prototyping
- Automation & Robotics — Collaborative robots, automated assembly, vision systems
- Clean Tech & Sustainable Manufacturing — Energy efficiency, waste reduction, green production
- Aerospace & Defence — Composites, precision machining, advanced materials for aerospace supply chains
- Discovery Hub — Smart Manufacturing & Digitalisation — OEE, AI, IIoT, connected production, digital transformation. TeepTrak is at Booth 1505 here.
Discovery Hub: The Smart Manufacturing Zone
The Discovery Hub is where Quebec manufacturers come to understand how digital tools — OEE platforms, AI analytics, IIoT connectivity, ERP integration — translate into measurable production improvements on the real shop floor. Unlike the precision machining sections where the conversation centres on equipment specifications, the Discovery Hub conversation is about data: how to capture it automatically, how to analyse it intelligently, and how to act on it faster than competitors.
TeepTrak at Booth 1505 is one of the anchor exhibitors in the Discovery Hub, with live demonstrations running throughout both days. If you are attending MMTS to understand how your production lines can improve their efficiency with existing equipment — without new capital investment — the Discovery Hub and Booth 1505 are your first stop.
Conference Programming at MMTS 2026
MMTS 2026 includes conference programming aimed at manufacturing leaders, engineers and decision-makers — keynote-style executive perspectives, partner presentations, case studies, and short Tech Hub sessions on digital transformation, AI in manufacturing and automation. Session details are available at mmts.ca. Previous MMTS editions featured speakers from Deloitte, Scale AI, NGen, Investissement Quebec and Réseau des Centres d’expertise industrielle.
How to Get to the Palais des congrès de Montréal
Metro: Place-d’Armes station (Orange line) — direct covered access to the Palais des congrès. The fastest option from anywhere on the Montreal metro network.
By car: Parking available in the Palais des congrès underground garage (800 spaces) and surface lots on Av. Viger and St-Antoine. Expect busy parking on the morning of May 11 — arrive early or take the metro.
From YUL Airport: 747 express bus to downtown (30 min), then Orange line to Place-d’Armes. Or taxi/rideshare: approximately 25–35 minutes depending on traffic.
From Quebec City: VIA Rail to Gare Centrale Montreal (2.5 hours), then 5-minute walk or Orange line one stop to Place-d’Armes.
