TEEPTRAK emerged after years of experience in strategic consulting applied to industrial operations. We have identified a real need for simple and accessible performance measurement tools to help factories understand their daily performance losses. The TEEPTRAK scale-up was built with this in mind, while applying Lean philosophy in its innovation. Today, TEEPTRAK consists of more than 30 employees in both France and China and distributes its systems in France, Europe, the US, and Asia. Since 2016, TEEPTRAK’s systems have helped contribute to the production optimization of more than 100 factories across numerous industries.
