Solution N°2
PaceTrak is a solution used to measure the performance of manual tasks, which gives on-site employees the means to effortlessly identify potential for improvement in their tasks.
The aim is to identify weak points in production in order to achieve increased productivity, an improved working enviornment for operators and increased motivation.
1 Measure the performance of different manual tasks
2 Identify opportunities for operator improvement
3 Reduce production downtime
4 View information on a consolidated scope
Operating principle
By detecting negative or positive deviations in the execution time of tasks and asking operators to explain the cause of these deviations, PaceTrak gives on-site employees the means to easily identify opportunities for improving their tasks.
This has two objectives: to identify weaknesses in implementation for increased productivity and to improve the working environment for operators in order to have a direct, positive impact on their motivation.

Principle of installation
PaceTrak is available in automatic, semi-automatic and manual versions, with or without the acquisition module. In the case of manual execution, the operator indicates the start and end of their series or tasks.
In semi-automatic mode, we recieve an electrical signal at the beginning or end of a task. In the fully automatic version, the beginning and end of a task are determined automatically.

The tablet interface
The tablet interface allows operators to detect deviations from the standard immediately without leaving the workstation.
This interface is field-based, ergonomic and is designed to be easy to use and avoid any loss of time.
The supervision website
In addition to the ability to configure the systems, the supervision website includes ergonomic and intuitive functions to inform employees of the causes of defects and enable independent, continuous improvement.
These functions include: Real-time dashboards, performance history for the desired area and period, registration of tasks, manual and automatic reports, notifications via SMS or smartphone, etc.
