type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text]<\/p>\n<h1>\u5236\u836f\u5305\u88c5\uff1aGMP\u5408\u89c4\u4e0b\u7684\u5b9e\u65f6OEE\u76d1\u63a7\u65b9\u6848<\/h1>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5236\u836f\u884c\u4e1a\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb10\u5e74\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u76d1\u7ba1\u5347\u7ea7\u7684\u6d6a\u6f6e\u2014\u2014NMPA(\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40)\u5bf9\u836f\u54c1\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u9010\u5e74\u63d0\u9ad8,GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice)\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u5ba1\u8ba1\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e25\u683c,\u56fd\u9645\u5e02\u573a\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u836f\u54c1\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u4e5f\u5728\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u76d1\u7ba1\u73af\u5883\u8ba9\u4e2d\u56fd\u5236\u836f\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u5448\u73b0\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u7279\u5f81:<strong>IT\u6295\u5165\u9ad8\u3001MES\u666e\u53ca\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3001\u4f46OEE\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u9897\u7c92\u5ea6\u53cd\u800c\u4e0d\u5982\u5f88\u591a\u975e\u76d1\u7ba1\u884c\u4e1a<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53cd\u76f4\u89c9\u7684\u73b0\u8c61\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u539f\u56e0:<strong>\u5236\u836f\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u91cd\u578bMES\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u4e3a\u5408\u89c4\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u2014\u2014\u6279\u6b21\u8ffd\u6eaf\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u7b7e\u540d\u3001\u5ba1\u8ba1\u65e5\u5fd7\u662f\u6838\u5fc3\u80fd\u529b\u2014\u2014\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e3a\u751f\u4ea7\u6548\u7387\u670d\u52a1\u7684<\/strong>\u3002OEE\u76d1\u63a7\u88ab\u505a\u4e3aMES\u7684\u8fb9\u7f18\u529f\u80fd,\u6570\u636e\u9897\u7c92\u5ea6\u7c97,\u5b9e\u65f6\u6027\u5f31,\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u4ea4\u4e92\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5dee\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u662f\u5236\u836f\u5de5\u5382\u62e5\u6709\u5168\u9762\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u7cfb\u7edf,\u4f46OEE\u6570\u636e\u548c\u6539\u5584\u80fd\u529b\u4ecd\u7136\u76f8\u5f53\u539f\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u8bb2\u89e3\u5728GMP\u5408\u89c4\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u5982\u4f55\u8865\u5145\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7OEE\u76d1\u63a7\u80fd\u529b,\u4e0d\u5e72\u6270\u73b0\u6709MES,\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u72b6\u6001,\u4f46\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u751f\u4ea7\u6548\u7387\u76d1\u63a7\u7684\u9897\u7c92\u5ea6\u548c\u54cd\u5e94\u901f\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5236\u836f\u5305\u88c5\u7ebfOEE\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u6311\u6218<\/h2>\n<p>\u5236\u836f\u5305\u88c5(\u6ce1\u7f69\u5305\u88c5\u3001\u74f6\u88c5\u3001\u7c89\u9488\u5305\u88c5\u3001\u9884\u5145\u5f0f\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\u7b49)\u4e0e\u975e\u76d1\u7ba1\u884c\u4e1a\u7684OEE\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u7ed3\u6784\u6027\u5dee\u5f02:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5dee\u5f021:\u8bbe\u5907\u4e0d\u80fd\u968f\u610f\u6539\u9020<\/strong>\u3002GMP\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fc7\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u6709\u660e\u786e\u7684\u9a8c\u8bc1\u72b6\u6001(IQ\/OQ\/PQ)\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u786c\u4ef6\u6216\u8f6f\u4ef6\u6539\u52a8\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u89e6\u53d1\u91cd\u65b0\u9a8c\u8bc1\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6570\u5468\u5230\u6570\u6708\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b,\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u4f20\u7edf\u7684&#8221;\u63a5\u5165PLC\u91c7\u96c6\u6570\u636e&#8221;\u5728\u5236\u836f\u73af\u5883\u975e\u5e38\u96be\u63a8\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5dee\u5f022:\u6570\u636e\u5b8c\u6574\u6027(Data Integrity)\u8981\u6c42\u4e25\u683c<\/strong>\u3002ALCOA+\u539f\u5219(Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate, Complete, Consistent, Enduring, Available)\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u6570\u636e\u8bb0\u5f55\u9002\u7528,\u5305\u62ecOEE\u6570\u636e\u3002\u6570\u636e\u5982\u4f55\u751f\u6210\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u5b58\u50a8\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u4fee\u6539\u90fd\u6709\u4e25\u683c\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5dee\u5f023:21 CFR Part 11(\u7f8e\u56fdFDA)<\/strong>\u3002\u5982\u679c\u836f\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u7f8e\u56fd,\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u7b26\u540821 CFR Part 11\u7535\u5b50\u8bb0\u5f55\/\u7535\u5b50\u7b7e\u540d\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u8fd9\u8ba9\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5ba1\u8ba1\u65e5\u5fd7\u3001\u8bbf\u95ee\u63a7\u5236\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u7b7e\u540d\u80fd\u529b\u6210\u4e3a\u786c\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5dee\u5f024:\u6362\u6279\u6e05\u6d01\u9a8c\u8bc1<\/strong>\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u836f\u54c1\u6279\u6b21\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6709\u4e25\u683c\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u6362\u6279\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f&#8221;\u6362\u578b\u65f6\u95f4&#8221;\u2014\u2014\u5b83\u5305\u542b\u8bbe\u5907\u6e05\u6d01\u3001\u6e05\u6d01\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3001\u73af\u5883\u76d1\u6d4b\u7b49\u591a\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4,\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\u90fd\u6709\u65f6\u95f4\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5dee\u5f025:\u901f\u5ea6\u4e0d\u80fd\u65e0\u9650\u4f18\u5316<\/strong>\u3002\u5236\u836f\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u6700\u5927\u901f\u5ea6\u662f\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fc7\u7684\u2014\u2014\u8d85\u901f\u8fd0\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0e\u98df\u54c1\u996e\u6599\u7684&#8221;\u8ffd\u6c42\u6781\u901f&#8221;\u54f2\u5b66\u76f8\u53cd\u3002OEE\u6539\u5584\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u4e0d\u662f&#8221;\u8ba9\u8bbe\u5907\u8dd1\u66f4\u5feb&#8221;,\u800c\u662f&#8221;\u51cf\u5c11\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u505c\u673a\u548c\u901f\u5ea6\u635f\u5931&#8221;\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e0d\u89e6\u78b0PLC\u7684OEE\u91c7\u96c6\u65b9\u6848<\/h2>\n<p>\u5728GMP\u73af\u5883\u4e0b,&#8221;\u4e0d\u63a5\u5165PLC&#8221;\u4e0d\u662f\u504f\u597d\u800c\u662f\u5fc5\u9700\u3002\u63a8\u8350\u7684\u6570\u636e\u91c7\u96c6\u65b9\u6848:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u65b9\u68481:\u5916\u7f6e\u7535\u6d41\u4f20\u611f\u5668<\/strong>\u3002\u5939\u5728\u8bbe\u5907\u4e3b\u7535\u6e90\u7ebf\u4e0a,\u6d4b\u91cf\u8bbe\u5907\u662f\u5426\u901a\u7535\u3002\u8fd9\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u63a5\u89e6PLC,\u4e0d\u6539\u53d8\u8bbe\u5907\u72b6\u6001\u3002\u7535\u6d41\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u7684\u5b89\u88c5\u662f&#8221;\u5916\u90e8\u8bbe\u65bd&#8221;,\u4e0d\u89e6\u53d1\u8bbe\u5907\u91cd\u65b0\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u65b9\u68482:\u5916\u7f6e\u5149\u7535\u4f20\u611f\u5668<\/strong>\u3002\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u4ea7\u51fa\u4f4d\u7f6e(\u6bd4\u5982\u6ce1\u7f69\u673a\u672b\u7aef\u3001\u88c5\u76d2\u673a\u51fa\u53e3),\u8ba1\u6570\u4ea7\u51fa\u6570\u91cf\u3002\u540c\u6837\u5b8c\u5168\u5916\u7f6e,\u4e0d\u6d89\u53ca\u8bbe\u5907\u6539\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u65b9\u68483:\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u5e73\u677f\u5f55\u5165<\/strong>\u3002\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u901a\u8fc7\u5e73\u677f\u5f55\u5165\u505c\u673a\u539f\u56e0\u3001\u6362\u578b\u5f00\u59cb\/\u7ed3\u675f\u3001CIP\u5b8c\u6210\u7b49\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0e\u7eb8\u8d28\u8bb0\u5f55\u7b49\u6548,\u53ea\u662f\u7535\u5b50\u5316\u3002\u5e73\u677f\u7cfb\u7edf\u672c\u8eab\u901a\u8fc721 CFR Part 11\u9a8c\u8bc1\u540e\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u65b9\u68484:\u73af\u5883\u53c2\u6570\u76d1\u6d4b<\/strong>\u3002\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u6e7f\u5ea6\u3001\u6d01\u51c0\u5ea6\u6570\u636e\u672c\u6765\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u76d1\u6d4b(\u73af\u5883\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8981\u6c42),\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u4e3aOEE\u6240\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u56db\u4e2a\u65b9\u6848\u7ec4\u5408\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5b8c\u6574\u7684OEE\u6570\u636e\u2014\u2014\u53ef\u7528\u6027(\u7535\u6d41+\u4ea7\u51fa)\u3001\u6027\u80fd(\u4ea7\u51fa\u901f\u7387\u4e0e\u6807\u79f0\u901f\u7387\u5bf9\u6bd4)\u3001\u8d28\u91cf(\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u5f55\u5165+\u8d28\u91cf\u7cfb\u7edf\u63a5\u53e3)\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u63a5\u89e6GMP\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fc7\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u8f6f\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<div Annex 11 (\u6b27\u76df) \/ GMP\u4e2d\u56fd\u7248<\/strong>\u3002\u7c7b\u4f3c\u8981\u6c42,\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u9a8c\u8bc1(CSV,Computer System
