type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text]<\/p>\n<h1>\u5de5\u5382IT\u9884\u7b97\u6709\u9650\uff1f\u4e09\u4e2a\u65e0\u9700IT\u6539\u9020\u7684OEE\u90e8\u7f72\u65b9\u6848<\/h1>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5de5\u5382\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u56f0\u5883\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4e00\u53e5\u8bdd\u6982\u62ec:<strong>\u6211\u9700\u8981\u751f\u4ea7\u53ef\u89c6\u5316,\u4f46\u6211\u6ca1\u6709IT\u8d44\u6e90\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u5b83<\/strong>\u3002\u5927\u578bMES\u9879\u76ee\u9700\u8981\u4e13\u804cIT\u56e2\u961f\u652f\u6301,\u9700\u8981PLC\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u914d\u5408,\u9700\u8981\u6570\u6708\u7684\u96c6\u6210\u65f6\u95f4\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u6e90\u5728\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5de5\u5382\u90fd\u4e0d\u5177\u5907\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u662f\u5f88\u591a\u5de5\u5382\u5728&#8221;\u5b8c\u6574MES&#8221;\u548c&#8221;\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u53ef\u89c6\u5316&#8221;\u4e24\u4e2a\u6781\u7aef\u4e4b\u95f4\u5f98\u5f8a,\u9519\u8fc7\u4e86\u63d0\u5347OEE\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u65f6\u673a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u597d\u6d88\u606f\u662f:<strong>OEE\u76d1\u63a7\u5e76\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5b8c\u6574\u7684IT\u6539\u9020\u9879\u76ee<\/strong>\u3002\u8fc7\u53bb5\u5e74,\u5de5\u4e1a\u7269\u8054\u7f51\u7684\u786c\u4ef6\u548cSaaS\u67b6\u6784\u53d1\u5c55\u8ba9&#8221;\u65e0IT\u6539\u9020\u7684OEE\u90e8\u7f72&#8221;\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u73b0\u5b9e\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u672c\u6587\u8bb2\u89e3\u4e09\u4e2a\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u5382\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u3001\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u6d89\u53caPLC\u4fee\u6539\u6216\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u90e8\u7f72\u7684OEE\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b9\u6848,\u4ee5\u53ca\u6bcf\u4e2a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u9002\u7528\u573a\u666f\u548c\u5c40\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f20\u7edfOEE\u90e8\u7f72\u9700\u8981\u5927\u91cfIT\u8d44\u6e90<\/h2>\n<p>\u5148\u7406\u89e3\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f20\u7edf\u65b9\u5f0f\u9700\u8981IT\u8d44\u6e90,\u624d\u80fd\u7406\u89e3&#8221;\u65e0IT&#8221;\u65b9\u6848\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u53ef\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f20\u7edfOEE\/MES\u90e8\u7f72\u9700\u8981IT\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u6838\u5fc3\u73af\u8282:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u73af\u82821:PLC\u6570\u636e\u91c7\u96c6\u3002<\/strong>\u4f20\u7edf\u65b9\u6848\u901a\u8fc7\u8bfb\u53d6PLC\u5bc4\u5b58\u5668\u83b7\u53d6\u8bbe\u5907\u72b6\u6001(\u8fd0\u884c\u3001\u505c\u673a\u3001\u4ea7\u91cf)\u3002\u8fd9\u9700\u8981PLC\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u914d\u5408\u4fee\u6539PLC\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6216\u914d\u7f6e\u6570\u636e\u5757,\u6d89\u53ca\u4e0ePLC\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546(\u897f\u95e8\u5b50\u3001\u7f57\u514b\u97e6\u5c14\u3001\u4e09\u83f1\u7b49)\u7684\u534f\u8c03,\u6bcf\u53f0\u8bbe\u5907\u9700\u8981\u5355\u72ec\u5904\u7406\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e50\u53f0\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u5de5\u5382,\u8fd9\u662f6-12\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u73af\u82822:\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u90e8\u7f72\u3002<\/strong>\u4f20\u7edfMES\u662f\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u90e8\u7f72\u6a21\u5f0f,\u9700\u8981IT\u56e2\u961f\u51c6\u5907\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u3001\u64cd\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u6570\u636e\u5e93\u3001\u5907\u4efd\u7b56\u7565\u3001\u7f51\u7edc\u9694\u79bb\u3002\u8fd9\u9700\u8981\u4e13\u804cIT\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u957f\u671f\u6295\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u73af\u82823:\u73b0\u6709\u7cfb\u7edf\u96c6\u6210\u3002<\/strong>\u65b0MES\u9700\u8981\u4e0eERP\u3001WMS\u7b49\u73b0\u6709\u7cfb\u7edf\u96c6\u6210,\u6bcf\u4e2a\u63a5\u53e3\u9700\u8981\u5f00\u53d1\u3001\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3001\u4e0a\u7ebf\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u5178\u578b\u7684IT\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e09\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\u52a0\u8d77\u6765,\u5c31\u662f\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5de5\u5382\u65e0\u6cd5\u627f\u62c5\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u6295\u5165\u3002\u65e0IT\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5173\u952e\u662f:<strong>\u7ed5\u8fc7\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u73af\u8282,\u7528\u66ff\u4ee3\u6280\u672f\u8fbe\u5230\u540c\u6837\u7684OEE\u76d1\u63a7\u6548\u679c<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u65b9\u68481:\u5916\u7f6e\u4f20\u611f\u5668 + SaaS\u4e91\u5e73\u53f0<\/h2>\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u4e5f\u6700\u6210\u719f\u7684\u65e0IT\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u6838\u5fc3\u601d\u8def\u662f:<strong>\u7528\u5916\u7f6e\u7269\u7406\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u76f4\u63a5\u6d4b\u91cf\u8bbe\u5907\u72b6\u6001,\u6570\u636e\u76f4\u63a5\u6d41\u5411\u4e91\u7aefSaaS\u5e73\u53f0,\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u63a5\u89e6PLC\u548c\u5de5\u5382\u73b0\u6709IT\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5982\u4f55\u8fd0\u4f5c<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u7535\u6d41\u4f20\u611f\u5668<\/strong>\u5939\u5728\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u4e3b\u7535\u6e90\u7ebf\u4e0a,\u6d4b\u91cf\u8bbe\u5907\u662f\u5426\u901a\u7535(\u901a\u7535=\u8fd0\u884c,\u65ad\u7535=\u505c\u673a)<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u632f\u52a8\u4f20\u611f\u5668<\/strong>\u6216<strong>\u63a5\u8fd1\u5f00\u5173<\/strong>\u9644\u7740\u5728\u8bbe\u5907\u4e0a,\u68c0\u6d4b\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u8fd0\u884c\u72b6\u6001<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5149\u7535\u4f20\u611f\u5668<\/strong>\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u7ebf\u672b\u7aef,\u8ba1\u6570\u826f\u54c1\u4ea7\u51fa<\/li>\n<li>\u6240\u6709\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u901a\u8fc7\u65e0\u7ebf(Wi-Fi\u6216LoRa)\u5c06\u6570\u636e\u53d1\u9001\u5230\u73b0\u573a\u7f51\u5173<\/li>\n<li>\u7f51\u5173\u901a\u8fc74G\u6216\u5de5\u5382\u73b0\u6709\u7f51\u7edc\u5c06\u6570\u636e\u4e0a\u4f20\u5230\u4e91\u7aefSaaS\u5e73\u53f0<\/li>\n<li>\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u548c\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u901a\u8fc7\u6d4f\u89c8\u5668\u6216\u5e73\u677f\u8bbf\u95eeSaaS\u5e73\u53f0,\u770b\u5230\u5b9e\u65f6OEE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IT\u8d44\u6e90\u9700\u6c42<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u65e0\u9700PLC\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08:\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u5916\u7f6e,\u4e0d\u63a5\u89e6PLC<\/li>\n<li>\u65e0\u9700\u670d\u52a1\u5668:SaaS\u6a21\u5f0f,\u8fd0\u884c\u5728\u4e91\u7aef<\/li>\n<li>\u65e0\u9700\u7f51\u7edc\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08:4G\u7f51\u5173\u72ec\u7acb\u8fd0\u884c,\u4e0d\u8fdb\u5de5\u5382\u5185\u7f51<\/li>\n<li>\u552f\u4e00\u9700\u8981\u7684\u662f:\u5141\u8bb8\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u5b89\u88c5\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u8bbf\u95ee\u6743\u9650(\u7531\u8bbe\u5907\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\/\u7ef4\u62a4\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u63d0\u4f9b,\u975eIT\u90e8\u95e8)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u9002\u7528\u573a\u666f<\/strong>:\u51e0\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5de5\u5382\u90fd\u9002\u7528\u3002\u7279\u522b\u63a8\u8350\u7ed9\u6c7d\u8f66\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u996e\u6599\u3001\u5305\u88c5\u3001\u901a\u7528\u673a\u68b0\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u88c5\u914d\u7b49\u79bb\u6563\u5236\u9020\u884c\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u90e8\u7f72\u65f6\u95f4<\/strong>:\u4e00\u6761\u4ea7\u7ebf1-2\u5929\u30025\u6761\u4ea7\u7ebf\u7684\u5de5\u53821-2\u5468\u5168\u90e8\u4e0a\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6210\u672c\u53c2\u8003<\/strong>:5\u6761\u4ea7\u7ebf\u7684\u5de5\u53823\u5e74TCO\u7ea640-70\u4e07\u5143(\u786c\u4ef6+SaaS\u8ba2\u9605)\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5c40\u9650<\/strong>:\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9700\u8981\u8be6\u7ec6\u5de5\u827a\u53c2\u6570(\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u538b\u529b\u3001\u6d41\u91cf)\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u578b\u5236\u9020(\u5316\u5de5\u3001\u7cbe\u7ec6\u5316\u5de5),\u9700\u8981\u914d\u5408<strong>ProcessTrak<\/strong>\u6a21\u5757,\u4f7f\u7528\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u5de5\u827a\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9700\u8981\u7269\u6599\u6279\u6b21\u8ffd\u6eaf\u7684\u884c\u4e1a,\u9700\u8981\u4e0eERP\u96c6\u6210,\u65b9\u6848\u7a0d\u5fae\u590d\u6742(\u89c1\u65b9\u68483)\u3002<\/p>\n<div
