<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7ef4\u62a4\u4e0d\u5f53\uff1a<\/strong>\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9884\u9632\u6027<strong>\u7ef4\u62a4\u6218\u7565<\/strong>\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u9020\u6210\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u505c\u673a\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002<strong>\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u7ef4\u62a4\u505a\u6cd5<\/strong>\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u4f1a\u4f7f\u516c\u53f8\u56e0\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u89c1\u7684\u6545\u969c\u800c\u635f\u5931\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002 OEE\uff1a\u673a\u5668\u505c\u673a\u65f6\u95f4\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u5177<\/h2>\n<p>\u6574\u4f53\u8bbe\u5907\u6548\u7387\uff08OEE\uff09\u4e3a\u4e86\u89e3\u505c\u673a\u65f6\u95f4\u5bf9\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6846\u67b6\u3002\u5728\u5173\u952e<strong>\u6027\u80fd\u6307\u6807<\/strong>\u4e2d\uff0c\u6807\u51c6 SRR \u8ba1\u7b97\u4e58\u4ee5\u4e09\u4e2a\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a\u53ef\u7528\u6027\u3001\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u3002 <\/p>\n<p><strong>OEE = \u53ef\u7528\u6027 \u00d7 \u6027\u80fd \u00d7 \u8d28\u91cf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u7528\u6027\u662f\u53d7\u505c\u673a\u65f6\u95f4\u5f71\u54cd\u6700\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5b83\u8861\u91cf\u7684\u662f\u8bbe\u5907\u5b9e\u9645\u8fd0\u884c\u65f6\u95f4\u5360\u8ba1\u5212\u751f\u4ea7\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u3002\u8ba1\u7b97\u516c\u5f0f\u5f88\u7b80\u5355\uff1a\u53ef\u7528\u6027 = \u6b63\u5e38\u8fd0\u884c\u65f6\u95f4 \u00f7 \u8ba1\u5212\u751f\u4ea7\u65f6\u95f4\u3002 \u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u6bcf\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e00\u4e2a\u767e\u5206\u70b9\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u7740\u591a\u751f\u4ea7 14.28 \u53f0\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u5c31\u662f 285.60 \u6b27\u5143\uff0c\u6bcf\u6761\u751f\u4ea7\u7ebf\u6bcf\u5e74\u5c31\u662f 105,000 \u591a\u6b27\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5236\u9020\u5546\u7684 SRR \u5728 40% \u81f3 60%
