MES&#8221;,\u800c\u662f&#8221;\u7528\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7OEE\u5e73\u53f0\u8865\u5145SAP MES\u8986\u76d6\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u5730\u65b9&#8221;\u3002SAP ERP\u7ba1\u8ba1\u5212\u548c\u8d22\u52a1,SAP MES(\u5982\u679c\u5df2\u90e8\u7f72)\u7ba1\u5de5\u5355\u548c\u8d28\u91cf,\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7OEE\u5e73\u53f0\u8d1f\u8d23\u8f66\u95f4\u5c42\u5b9e\u65f6\u8bbe\u5907\u76d1\u63a7\u2014\u2014\u7279\u522b\u662fSAP\u63a5\u4e0d\u8fdb\u53bb\u7684\u975e\u6807\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u8001\u65e7\u4ea7\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e09\u79cd\u5e38\u89c1\u8d77\u70b9\u573a\u666f<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u573a\u666fA:\u5df2\u6709SAP ERP,\u6b63\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30SAP MES\u3002<\/strong>\u5148\u82b12\u5468\u7528\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7\u5e73\u53f0\u5efa\u7acb\u5168\u8f66\u95f4OEE\u57fa\u7ebf\u3002\u62ff\u5230\u771f\u5b9e\u6570\u636e\u540e\u80fd\u66f4\u51c6\u786e\u5224\u65ad\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u5b8c\u6574MES\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6700\u7ec8\u4e0aSAP MES,\u8fd92\u5468\u7684\u6570\u636e\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u84dd\u56fe\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u8f93\u5165;\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u4e0a,\u4f60\u5df2\u6709\u8fd0\u884c\u4e2d\u7684OEE\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u573a\u666fB:\u5df2\u90e8\u7f72SAP MES,\u4f46\u8986\u76d6\u4e0d\u5168\u3002<\/strong>\u975eRockwell\/\u897f\u95e8\u5b50PLC\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u8001\u65e7\u8bbe\u5907\u4e0d\u5728\u76d1\u63a7\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u7528\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7\u5e73\u53f0\u8986\u76d6\u76f2\u533a,\u4e24\u7cfb\u7edf\u6570\u636e\u6c47\u603b\u5230\u7edf\u4e00\u770b\u677f,\u5b9e\u73b0\u771f\u6b63\u5168\u8f66\u95f4\u53ef\u89c6\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u573a\u666fC:SAP MES\u9879\u76ee\u6401\u6d45\u6216\u5ef6\u671f\u3002<\/strong>\u7528\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7\u5e73\u53f0\u5feb\u901f\u4e0a\u7ebf,\u907f\u514d&#8221;\u7b49SAP&#8221;\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u6570\u636e\u771f\u7a7a\u3002\u5373\u4f7fSAP MES\u672a\u6765\u91cd\u542f,\u6570\u636e\u79ef\u7d2f\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u4e60\u60ef\u57f9\u517b\u90fd\u4e0d\u6d6a\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u8865\u5145\u90e8\u7f72\u5206\u6b65\u5b9e\u64cd<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65:\u8bbe\u5907\u76d8\u70b9\u4e0e\u5206\u533a(1-2\u5929)\u3002<\/strong>\u8bbe\u5907\u5206\u4e09\u7c7b:A\u2014\u2014\u5df2\u88abSAP MES\u8986\u76d6;B\u2014\u2014\u7406\u8bba\u53ef\u63a5\u5165\u4f46\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u96c6\u6210;C\u2014\u2014\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a5\u5165(\u65e0PLC\/\u8001\u65e7)\u3002B\u548cC\u7c7b\u662f\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u90e8\u7f72\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65:\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u90e8\u7f72(3-7\u5929)\u3002<\/strong>B\u548cC\u7c7b\u8bbe\u5907\u5b89\u88c5\u975e\u63a5\u89e6\u5f0f\u4f20\u611f\u5668(\u7535\u6d41\u94b3+\u5149\u7535),\u8fb9\u7f18\u7f51\u5173\u90e8\u7f72(\u4e00\u4e2a\u8986\u76d65-20\u53f0)\u3002\u5168\u7a0b\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cdSAP MES\u8fd0\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e09\u6b65:\u5e73\u53f0\u914d\u7f6e(1-2\u5929)\u3002<\/strong>\u8bbe\u5907\u6e05\u5355\u3001\u505c\u673a\u539f\u56e0\u5206\u7c7b(\u5efa\u8bae\u4e0eSAP MES\u7f16\u7801\u4e00\u81f4\u4fbf\u4e8e\u5408\u5e76)\u3001\u73ed\u6b21\u3001OEE\u76ee\u6807\u3001\u544a\u8b66\u9608\u503c\u3001\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u8d26\u53f7\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u56db\u6b65:\u6570\u636e\u96c6\u6210(1-3\u5929,\u53ef\u5e76\u884c)\u3002<\/strong>\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e00:BI\u5c42\u6c47\u603b\u2014\u2014\u4e24\u7cfb\u7edf\u6570\u636e\u5bfc\u5165Power BI\u6784\u5efa\u7edf\u4e00\u4eea\u8868\u76d8(\u6700\u7b80\u5355)\u3002\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e8c:API\u53cc\u5411\u63a8\u9001\u2014\u2014OEE\u5e73\u53f0\u63a8\u505c\u673a\u6570\u636e\u5230SAP,SAP\u5de5\u5355\u62c9\u53d6\u5230OEE\u770b\u677f(\u63a8\u8350)\u3002\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e09:\u7edf\u4e00\u6570\u636e\u6e56\u2014\u2014\u9002\u5408\u5df2\u6709\u6570\u636e\u6e56\u7684\u5927\u578b\u4f01\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e94\u6b65:\u57f9\u8bad\u4e0a\u7ebf(\u534a\u5929)\u3002<\/strong>\u64cd\u4f5c\u5458\u754c\u976230\u5206\u949f\u4e0a\u624b(\u89e6\u5c4f\u9009\u505c\u673a\u539f\u56e02-3\u6b21\u70b9\u51fb)\u3002\u79cd\u5b50\u73ed\u7ec4\u5148\u884c,\u4e00\u5468\u5185\u5168\u90e8\u9002\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\u53c2\u8003<\/h2>\n<p>80\u53f0\u8bbe\u5907\u8f66\u95f4(30\u53f0\u5df2\u88abSAP
