Cea mai vizibil\u0103 categorie de perioade de inactivitate. Obiectul programelor de \u00eentre\u021binere predictiv\u0103 \u0219i corectiv\u0103.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pierderea de disponibilitate 2  \u00b7 Opriri planificate:<\/strong> schimb\u0103ri de serie, \u00eentre\u021binere programat\u0103, pauze ale operatorilor, cur\u0103\u021benie. Planificate, dar cu poten\u021bial de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire, metodologia SMED vizeaz\u0103 reducerea timpului necesar pentru schimbarea de serie; programarea optimizat\u0103 a \u00eentre\u021binerii vizeaz\u0103 durata opririlor planificate. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pierderea de performan\u021b\u0103 3  \u00b7 Opriri minore \u0219i micro-opririle:<\/strong> \u00eentreruperi scurte de sub cinci minute, blocaje ale materialului, defec\u021biuni ale senzorilor, blocaje temporare. Fiecare \u00een parte nesemnificativ\u0103, dar semnificativ\u0103 \u00een ansamblu. Identificarea acestora, \u0219i, mai precis, a ma\u0219inilor \u0219i a condi\u021biilor de func\u021bionare care le determin\u0103, constituie func\u021bia principal\u0103 a software-ului de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a OEE. <\/p>\n<h2>De ce e\u0219ueaz\u0103 calculul manual al OEE<\/h2>\n<p>Calculul manual al OEE, operatorii \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 duratele de oprire pe h\u00e2rtie la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul turei, iar supervizorii le introduc \u00een Excel pentru calcul, prezint\u0103 limit\u0103ri structurale care duc la subestimarea sistematic\u0103 a pierderilor reale:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Micro-opririle sunt invizibile:<\/strong> o blocare de 90 de secunde pe care operatorul o remediaz\u0103 \u0219i dup\u0103 care relu\u0103 activitatea nu va fi \u00eenregistrat\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul turei. Pe o linie de produc\u021bie care \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 20 de micro-opririle pe tur\u0103, \u00eenregistr\u0103rile manuale ar putea surprinde doar patru dintre acestea.
