Toch blijft er tussen het verhaal van de connected factory en de werkvloer een meetbare kloof bestaan: de meeste lijnen weten niet in real time hoeveel capaciteit elke ploeg verliest.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>De kloof tussen ambitie en werkvloer<\/h2>\n<p>De Nederlandse maakindustrie investeert ongelijk in digitalisering. High-tech, food en beverage, farma en chemie lopen voorop, terwijl veel verwerkingslijnen de productie nog op papier of in spreadsheets bijhouden. Het resultaat is een paradox: er is data, maar die komt te laat en zonder context.<\/p>\n<p>De <strong>OEE<\/strong> vat die kloof het beste samen. Wie de OEE handmatig meet, overschat die vrijwel altijd met 8 tot 15 punten, omdat microstops en snelheidsverliezen niet worden geregistreerd. De meeste fabrieken beschikken al over sensoren, aandrijvingen en productiedata, maar die informatie zit in silos en wordt te laat samengebracht om de beslissing van de ploeg te be\u00efnvloeden. Ze installeren automatische stilstandregistratie met redencodes op een lijn, maken de OEE in real time zichtbaar en veranderen het ploegoverleg in een gesprek op basis van feiten. Vanaf dat punt worden de Zes Grote Verliezen een geprioriteerde actielijst.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom is de meest rendabele hefboom niet nieuwe machines kopen, maar helder zien wat u al bezit.
