Une plateforme TRS pertinente pour un Tier 1 ou Tier 2 automobile doit s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer \u00e0 ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels. Cet article documente les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques et l&rsquo;architecture cible 2026 d&rsquo;une plateforme TRS conforme aux donneurs d&rsquo;ordres automobile (Stellantis, Renault, Volkswagen, BMW, Toyota Europe).<\/p>\n<p>Les bases s&rsquo;appuient sur IATF 16949:2016 (Quality Management System Requirements for Automotive Production), sur VDA 6.3 (Process Audit, version 4 2023, publication Verband der Automobilindustrie allemande), sur la d\u00e9marche APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning, AIAG), sur PPAP (Production Part Approval Process, AIAG), et sur la norme ISO 22400-2:2014 pour les KPIs production. Trois exemples concrets : Stellantis (\u20ac4,8 millions pertes annuelles identifi\u00e9es sur lignes monitor\u00e9es), Hutchinson (40 sites avec d\u00e9ploiement TRS dans 12 pays sur production automotive), application Tier 1 transposable Tier 2.<\/p>\n<h2>Le cadre r\u00e9glementaire automobile applicable au TRS<\/h2>\n<h3>IATF 16949:2016<\/h3>\n<p>Standard international du syst\u00e8me qualit\u00e9 fournisseur automobile, publi\u00e9 par l&rsquo;IATF (International Automotive Task Force regroupant les constructeurs majeurs et 5 associations nationales). Couvre l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me qualit\u00e9, de la conception \u00e0 la livraison s\u00e9rie. Sections directement applicables au TRS :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Section 7.1.5 (Monitoring and measuring resources)<\/strong> : exigences sur les syst\u00e8mes de mesure utilis\u00e9s en production, dont les plateformes TRS.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Section 8.5.1 (Control of production)<\/strong> : ma\u00eetrise des param\u00e8tres de production, mesure continue, actions correctives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Section 9.1.1 (Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation)<\/strong> : pilotage par KPIs, dont TRS, FPY (First Pass Yield), PPM (Parts Per Million d\u00e9fauts).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Section 10.2 (Nonconformity and corrective action)<\/strong> : workflow de traitement des non-conformit\u00e9s d\u00e9tect\u00e9es, dont \u00e9carts TRS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>VDA 6.3 (Process Audit)<\/h3>\n<p>Standard d&rsquo;audit process exig\u00e9 par les constructeurs allemands (VW, BMW, Mercedes-Benz). Plus exigeant et d\u00e9taill\u00e9 qu&rsquo;IATF 16949 sur la ma\u00eetrise process. La plateforme TRS doit fournir les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&rsquo;audit P5 (Process Audit Production) : preuves de la ma\u00eetrise continue, tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des param\u00e8tres process, audit trail des modifications.<\/p>\n<h3>APQP \u2014 Advanced Product Quality Planning<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9marche de planification qualit\u00e9 projet, structur\u00e9e en 5 phases (Plan and Define, Product Design, Process Design, Product and Process Validation, Feedback Assessment and Corrective Action). La phase 4 (Validation) inclut le run-at-rate (essai de capacit\u00e9 production \u00e0 cadence cible) et la d\u00e9monstration de capabilit\u00e9 (Cp, Cpk). La plateforme TRS fournit les donn\u00e9es factuelles pour ces d\u00e9monstrations.<\/p>\n<h3>PPAP \u2014 Production Part Approval Process<\/h3>\n<p>Processus de soumission au client (constructeur ou Tier 1 sup\u00e9rieur) des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9montrant la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire la pi\u00e8ce conforme en s\u00e9rie. PPAP niveau 3 (le plus fr\u00e9quent) demande 18 \u00e9l\u00e9ments dont les preuves de capabilit\u00e9 process (Cp, Cpk), les run-at-rate, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des syst\u00e8mes de mesure (MSA \u2014 Measurement System Analysis). La plateforme TRS contribue \u00e0 ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments factuels.<\/p>\n<h2>Les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s TRS en production automobile<\/h2>\n<h3>Cadence impos\u00e9e par le donneur d&rsquo;ordres<\/h3>\n<p>En automobile, la cadence n&rsquo;est pas un objectif interne mais une exigence contractuelle impos\u00e9e par le donneur d&rsquo;ordres pour servir la cadence de la ligne d&rsquo;assemblage finale. Tout \u00e9cart de cadence remonte rapidement en escalade chez le client. La Performance TRS doit donc \u00eatre strictement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e et audit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>FPY (First Pass Yield) prioritaire vs taux de d\u00e9faut global<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;industrie automobile distingue le taux de d\u00e9faut d\u00e9tect\u00e9 en sortie (qui peut inclure des reprises) du First Pass Yield, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le pourcentage de pi\u00e8ces conformes du premier coup. Le FPY est l&rsquo;indicateur prioritaire en Qualit\u00e9 TRS, car il refl\u00e8te la capabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle du process. Les reprises sont des Non-Value-Added Activities (NVAA) \u00e9limin\u00e9es par construction.<\/p>\n<h3>PPM (Parts Per Million d\u00e9fauts)<\/h3>\n<p>Les niveaux d&rsquo;exigence qualit\u00e9 automobile sont exprim\u00e9s en PPM (Parts Per Million de d\u00e9fauts). Les niveaux typiques 2026 : 0-50 PPM pour les composants critiques (s\u00e9curit\u00e9), 50-300 PPM pour les composants standard, &lt; 1000 PPM pour les composants non critiques. Le calcul de Qualit\u00e9 TRS doit \u00eatre suffisamment pr\u00e9cis pour mesurer \u00e0 ces niveaux.<\/p>\n<h3>Tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 unitaire<\/h3>\n<p>De plus en plus de pi\u00e8ces automobile sont trac\u00e9es unitairement (num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie grav\u00e9\/imprim\u00e9, lien base de donn\u00e9es). La plateforme TRS doit pouvoir associer chaque pi\u00e8ce produite \u00e0 ses param\u00e8tres process (cadence instantan\u00e9e, temp\u00e9rature, pression, op\u00e9rateur, lot mati\u00e8re). Cette tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 est exig\u00e9e pour les recalls et la gestion des d\u00e9fauts terrain.<\/p>\n<h3>Run-at-rate et capabilit\u00e9 Cp\/Cpk<\/h3>\n<p>Les d\u00e9marches APQP et PPAP imposent des essais de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cadence cible (run-at-rate, typiquement 8 heures cons\u00e9cutives \u00e0 cadence nominale) et des d\u00e9monstrations de capabilit\u00e9 statistique (Cp \u2265 1,33, Cpk \u2265 1,33 typique, niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs Cp \u2265 1,67 pour caract\u00e9ristiques critiques). Les audits VDA 6.3 (constructeurs allemands) sont structurellement plus exigeants que IATF 16949 sur la ma\u00eetrise process.
