Souvent r\u00e9duit \u00e0 des chantiers ponctuels d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration, le kaizen authentique selon Masaaki Imai est un syst\u00e8me de management quotidien qui implique toute l&rsquo;organisation, des op\u00e9rateurs au top management.
