But bringing production home isn’t simply the reverse of offshoring. It requires different economics, different infrastructure, and different thinking about productivity.<\/p>\n

This guide provides a practical framework \u2014 grounded in OEE monitoring principles<\/a> \u2014 for manufacturers evaluating or executing reshoring strategies \u2014 from total cost of ownership analysis to the operational infrastructure that makes domestic production competitive.<\/p>\n
